A program may include:

  • Auditing and documentation of installed valves

  • Recommendations on frequency of testing based on severity of service

  • Recommendation on level of testing / inspection based on severity of individual valve service

  • Management of customer owned inventory

  • Scheduling of annual testing and inspection per DOT requirements

  • Tracking failure trends and recommending solutions for reoccurring failures

  • Recommendations on valve sizing and selection for replacement valves

  • Annual reporting of valves requiring replacement

Valve Management Program services are available and utilized based on customer specific requirements. A management fee is derived based on the level of management desired by our customer. In order to best tailor a cost effective program for our customers, a meeting is recommended with VRC Protx to discuss particular needs.
